DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

All products sold by Sienna Vale are digital eBooks. Nothing is shipped by mail, and there are no shipping fees.

How you receive your book: right after your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. The link is also available on your order confirmation page. Your purchase includes the EPUB and PDF versions of the book.

Delivery time: usually instant. In rare cases, payment verification may take a few minutes.

Didn't get your email? Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it within 24 hours, contact us through the Contact page or at luizeduardoalbano00@gmail.com with your order number, and we will send you a new link.

Reading on your device: the EPUB works with Apple Books, Google Play Books, Kobo and most e-readers. Kindle readers can send the EPUB to their device with Amazon's free Send to Kindle service. The PDF opens on any phone, tablet or computer.
