This website (siennavale.bitandbox.shop) is operated by Sienna Vale ("we", "us", "our"). Sienna Vale is the pen name of the author and publisher of The Ash Duet. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility. Our books contain mature themes and are intended for readers 18 years of age or older. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Digital products. All products sold on this site are digital eBooks (EPUB and PDF). No physical item will be shipped. After payment is confirmed, you receive a download link by email and on your order confirmation page.

3. License. When you buy an eBook, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read it on your own devices. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, distribute or publicly post the files, in whole or in part. All content is protected by copyright. © 2026 Sienna Vale. All rights reserved.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by PayPal; we never see or store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

5. Refunds. Because digital files are delivered instantly, all sales are final, except as described in our Refund Policy (for example, a file that does not open or a duplicate purchase).

6. Pre-orders and waitlists. Joining the Oath of Cinders waitlist is free and does not create any purchase obligation. Release dates for future books are estimates and may change.

7. Accuracy. We work hard to keep product descriptions accurate, but we do not warrant that all content on the site is error-free.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

9. Privacy. Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site.
